How to maintain OPPAIR screw air compressor?

Maintenance method of screw air compressor:

Basic maintenance includes: replacement and maintenance of air filter element; replacement of oil filter element, replacement of screw air compressor oil; replacement and maintenance of oil and gas separation element; maintenance and maintenance of cooler, etc.


1. Maintenance and maintenance of air filter element.

If the air filter element is blocked and damaged, a large amount of particles larger than 15u will enter the screw machine to circulate, which will not only greatly shorten the service life of the oil filter element and the oil fine separation element, but also cause a large number of particles to directly enter the bearing cavity, accelerating bearing wear and increasing the rotor gap. The compression efficiency is reduced, and the rotor may even seize. The air filter element is best maintained once a week. Unscrew the gland nut and take out the air filter element. Use 0.2-0.4Mpa compressed air to blow out the dust particles on the outer surface of the air filter element from the inner cavity of the air filter element. Use a clean rag Wipe clean the dirt on the inner wall of the empty filter housing. Reinstall the air filter element, paying attention to the sealing ring at the front end of the air filter element to fit tightly with the inner end surface of the air filter housing. The maintenance of the diesel engine intake air filter element of the diesel-powered screw engine should be performed synchronously with the air compressor air filter element, and the maintenance method is the same. The new air filter element should be replaced after 500 hours of running-in period. Normally, it should be replaced every 3000 hours. If the screw air compressor is operated in a particularly bad environment, such as mines, ceramic factories, cotton spinning factories, etc., it is recommended to replace it every 500 hours. Air filter element.

When cleaning or replacing the air filter element, the parts must be paired to prevent foreign matter from falling into the intake valve. Always check whether the air intake telescopic tube is damaged or flattened, and whether the connecting port of the telescopic tube and the air filter intake valve is loose or leaks. If found, it must be repaired and replaced in time.




2. Daily maintenance of the screw air compressor cooler

The heat dissipation effect of the screw air compressor cooler directly affects the operating temperature of the air compressor, so the maintenance of the cooler needs to be purged with dry compressed air regularly. If the surface of the cooler is full of oil and cannot be blown clean, the radiator must be removed and washed with high-pressure water for washing the car to restore the cooling effect of the radiator of the screw air compressor.

3. Replacement of oil filter

The oil element should be replaced after 500 hours of running-in period of the new air compressor, and the oil filter element should be removed with a special wrench. It is better to add screw oil before installing the new filter element. Screw the filter element back to the oil filter seat with both hands and tighten it firmly. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500-2000 hours, and the replacement period should be shortened when the environment is bad.



4. Maintenance and replacement of oil and gas separator of screw air compressor.

The role of the oil and gas separator is to separate the oil and gas mixture. Under normal use, the life of the oil fine separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtering accuracy of the air have an important impact on its life. The maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened in harsh environments.

The oil and gas separator must be replaced after it has been used for about 3000 hours or the pressure difference between front and rear exceeds 0.12Mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, the current will be too large, electricity will be consumed, and the oil fine separator will be easily damaged and run out of oil.
