SMART CONTROLLER

1. Our products adopt PLC multi-language control system with beautiful and intuitive interface and easy operation function, operators can adjust the compressor quickly and easily.
2. With 14 protection functions such as overload protection, short circuit protection, reverse protection, low temperature protection, high voltage protection, etc., the unit can be fully protected from damage.
3. The product uses advanced microcomputer control drive system, which realizes intelligent control, variable speed control of air volume, automatic adjustment of load start and soft start. Intelligent dynamic control can dynamically display the working status of each part of the compressor, such as visual pressure, temperature, current working curve, etc.
4. The product has large memory and is equipped with printer interface; it can be controlled by computer remote monitoring or multi-linkage between air compressors.

FAN

1. The fan uses a large fan design to effectively enhance the fan’s heat dissipation effect.The motor adopts a special intermnal design to adapt to harsh working conditions.
2. The fan motor adopts specal winding and high protection grade design to adapt to harsh working conditions.
3. The fan is controlld by the controller to realie the automatic start and stop function, which efctively maintains the normal working temperature of the air compressor lubricant.
