Industrial Portable Water Chiller for Chemical and Plastics Processing with Advanced Water Chiller Cooling System Technology

Manufactured using modern advanced technology, with excellent quality and attractive appearance. The current products have a cooling capacity ranging from 300 alr to 20,000 Kcal/hr (1HP-120HP). They can be widely used in industrial chilled water applications such as chemical, food, plastics, electroplating, concrete mixing plants, laser, printing, and circuit board industries.

Compressor:
Selected original imported brand-name fully enclosed reciprocating/scroll compressors.They have good performance and low noise.Depending on customer requirements and tonnage, single or multiple units can be combined.The compressors can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the running time of each compressor,greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.
Evaporator:
The evaporator uses interally and externally threaded copper tubeswith threads on the inside surface of the copper tubes and a smooth outersurface, providing good cooling performance. The cylinder of theevaporator is insulated externally with 25mm thick PE insulation boards,preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.
Condenser:
Using steel pipe-sleeved aluminum plate heat exchangers, manufactured in both single-loop and multi-loop designs, with a coil heat exchange area larger than standard designs,ensuring uniform surface airspeed, stable heat exchange,and long-lasting efficiency.
The protective system devices include:
Temperature control switch, high and low pressure switches,overload protection,compressor overheating protector,compressor frequent start protector,and fault indicator light.
Box board:
The unit's panel is precisely machined using a CNC punch press,coated with electrostatic powder paint,giving it a luxurious and attractive appearance, while also providing good sound insulation.
