HEAT EXHANGER

The radiator used in the OPPAIR screw air compressor is made of aluminum alloy, which has a good heat dissipation effect and keeps the air compressor away from high temperature warning.

INTAKE VALVE

The OPPAIR screw air compressor adopts the Pulet controller, which has a good control effect and a very low failure rate.

MOTOR

1. The motor adopts a well-known brand high-performance motor. The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PM motor) adopts high-performance permanent magnets, which do not lose magnetism under 200°, and have a service life of up to 15 years.
2. The stator coil adopts the special anti-halation enameled wire for frequency converter, which has excellent insulation performance and longer service life.
3. The motor has a temperature protection function, the motor has a wide range of speed regulation, high precision volume adjustment, and a wide range. Small size, low noise, large overcurrent, significantly improved reliability.
4. Protection class IP55, insulation class F, effectively protect the motor, increase the service life of the motor, and the efficiency is 5%-7% higher than similar products.
