A single-stage rotary screw air compressor contains a single set of rotors in a single stator housing and is typically driven directly by the motor shaft, through a set of gears, or by a belt and pulley arrangement. A two-stage rotary screw air compressor contains two sets of synchronized rotors and can be housed in a common stator housing (over/under design) or two separate stator housings bolted together in tandem (end-to-end design).

Product description

MOTOR

1. The motor adopts a well-known brand high-performance motor. The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PM motor) adopts high-performance permanent magnets, which do not lose magnetism under 200°, and have a service life of up to 15 years.
2. The stator coil adopts the special anti-halation enameled wire for frequency converter, which has excellent insulation performance and longer service life.
3. The motor has a temperature protection function, the motor has a wide range of speed regulation, high precision volume adjustment, and a wide range. Small size, low noise, large overcurrent, significantly improved reliability.
4. Protection class IP55, insulation class F, effectively protect the motor, increase the service life of the motor, and the efficiency is 5%-7% higher than similar products.

INTAKE VALVE

1. Intake valve is the core component to control the air intake of the air compressor.
2. Adopting the world famous brand air intake valve, it can automatically adjust theair volume by 0-100% according to the requirement of the system air quantity. It promises small pressure loss, stable action and long life consequently reduced operating costs.

HEAT EXHANGER

1. The heat exchanger uses high-quality raw materials and a unique intemal channel design, which increases the heat exchange area and can effectively dissipate heat for the air compressor.
2. The inner wall of the heat exchanger is treated with corrosion protection to increase the service life of the heat exchanger and increase the heat transfer effect.
3. The radiator has passed the strict factory test, and the quality is reliable, which efetively prevents the high temperature of the air compressor and increases the service life of the machine.
